These Terms govern your use of DentistReco at dentistreco.com. By using the service, you agree to them.

What DentistReco is

DentistReco analyzes publicly available dental practice websites and provides an estimated AI-visibility score, findings, and optional paste-ready website recommendations. Results are informational tools to help practices improve website clarity for AI and search systems.

What DentistReco is not

• Not a guarantee that ChatGPT, Google, or any AI product will recommend your practice
• Not live monitoring or scraping of ChatGPT conversations
• Not legal, medical, SEO, or marketing advice
• Not a substitute for professional web development or compliance review

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and use DentistReco for a legitimate dental practice or related business purpose. You must only submit domains you are authorized to evaluate.

Accounts and submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of the domain and email you submit. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to scan websites you are not permitted to review.

Free scans and paid unlocks

We may offer a free scan with limited findings. Paid unlocks, when offered, provide additional deliverables such as FAQ copy, schema suggestions, meta descriptions, and implementation guidance. Prices and features may change. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are generally non-refundable once the unlock has been delivered, except where required by law or where we choose to issue a refund at our discretion.

Your content and website materials

You retain ownership of your practice information. By using DentistReco, you grant us permission to fetch and analyze the submitted website’s publicly available content for the purpose of generating your report. Suggested copy and technical snippets we provide are licensed to you for use on your practice website in connection with your purchase or free deliverables.

Intellectual property

DentistReco branding, product design, and software remain our property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service itself.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” Website fetching can fail, scores can change as sites and AI systems change, and recommendations may need adaptation for your CMS, branding, or local regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentistReco and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid to us for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or stop access if you misuse the service or if we discontinue the product. You may stop using DentistReco at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise them.
