• Email address you provide to receive or unlock the report
• Scan results generated from publicly available website content we fetch during the scan
• Payment details processed by Stripe when you purchase an unlock (we do not store full card numbers)
• Basic technical data such as browser type, IP address, and request logs needed to operate and secure the service

How we use information

• Run your scan and show your report
• Deliver unlocked fix packs and related product features
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Respond to support requests
• Improve DentistReco (for example, understanding common website gaps)

We do not sell your personal information.

Website scanning

When you submit a domain, we fetch publicly available pages from that website to estimate AI-readiness signals (such as FAQs, contact details, and structured data). Scores are estimates based on website signals, not live ChatGPT scraping or a guarantee of AI recommendations.

Email communications

We may email you about your scan, unlock, or product updates related to DentistReco. You can ask us to stop non-essential emails anytime by contacting us.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the product:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Hosting / infrastructure providers — to operate the website and API
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the service and users

Data retention

We keep scan and lead records as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your email and associated lead records by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

DentistReco is intended for dental practices and business users, not for children under 13.
